“What are Spiritual Direction and Discernment?” Prayer and Reflection Retreat

Presented by Sisters of St. Joseph Toronto, Office of Vocations, and the Office of Catholic Youth.

Are you looking for spiritual direction? Is it for you? Can’t find a spiritual director? Do you struggle with what discernment means? Do you need help discerning? Where is God in all of this? How do I know it is from God? Where am I being called? On this day we will spend time answering these questions and providing tools to help you in your spiritual journey and vocation. We will start the day in fellowship and conversation, listen to talks by Sr. Rosemary and Fr. Matthew McCarthy, celebrate Mass together, have some individual prayer time, and spend time in front of the Blessed Sacrament. Lunch will be provided. All young adults (age 19-39) are invited to attend. We ask for a suggested cash donation of $10. Register now. Bring your friends. See you there!
