Parishioner Registration

Welcome to St. Patrick's, Wildfield Parish!

To be a registered parishioner, please download and complete the Parish Registration Form and return the completed form by placing it in the offertory basket at the back of the church.

Alternatively, send the completed form via e-mail to the Parish Office at StPatricksBR@archtoronto.org with the subject line "Parish Registration." You may indicate in the e-mail if you would like to use a box of donation envelopes, and you would be able to arrange a time to pick-up the box.
