It is common practice in the Archdiocese of Toronto that children in Grade 2 become eligible for First Communion and those in Grade 7 become eligible for Confirmation.

Families anticipating their children's preparation and celebration of these Sacraments (i.e., entering Frade 2 or Grade 7 in September 2024), as well as older children who have yet to receive these Sacraments, are asked to prepare a copy of the child's Baptism certificate, available from the church where they were Baptized. This will be a requirement for registration in Fall 2024.
Families with children who were Baptized here at Saint Patrick's do not need to provide a copy of the certificate, but are asked to have an estimate as to when the Baptism would have happened.

Families are reminded that the Sacraments should be celebrated at the parish church that they regularly attend on Sundays, regardless of which parish their child's school is connected. It is therefore advisable that families are registered parishioners.
