Registration Forms were handed out at the Information Meetings held on Tuesday 23 September and Wednesday 24 September 2025.

Completed registration forms, along with the other requirements for registration (Baptism certificate, registration fee, Parents' questionnaire) can be handed in:

After Sunday Mass
on the weekends of
27/28 September
4/5 October
11/12 October

At the Parish Office
from Tuesday 30 September to Friday 3 October
from Tuesday 7 October to Thursday 9 October
10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

If you missed the meetings and need a registration form, please attend Sunday Mass and see Ken after the Mass.

The last day to hand-in registration forms will be Sunday 12 October 2025.

 


FIRST COMMUNION PREPARATIONS consist of attendance at Sunday Mass, parents' meetings, and at-home activities.
Families with children preparing for first Communion are highly encouraged to take advantage of the Children's Liturgy of the Word at our parish.

The next cycle is open to children who are in Grade 2 as of September 2025
and older children who have not yet received Communion.
The Communion celebrations will be sometime in Spring 2026.

 

 

 

 

 

CONFIRMATION PREPARATIONS consist of attendance at Sunday Mass, and candidates' meetings.
Young people preparing for Confirmation are highly encouraged to participate in the activities of the Saint Patrick's Youth Ministry

The next cycle is open to students who are in Grade 7 as of September 2025
and older students who have not yet celebrated Confirmation.
The Confirmation celebrations will be sometime in Spring 2026.

First Communion
In the Archdiocese of Toronto, children in Grade 2 and older are eligible to begin celebrating the Sacrament of Reconciliation and to the receive Communion. We welcome the children to the Eucharistic Table to receive Our Lord for the first of hopefully many times. The preparation takes place through the Parish, working with the families and our Catholic Schools. The celebrations are held at the Parish where the family worships on Sundays, regardless of the Parish to which the child’s school is attached.

Confirmation
Young people in Grade 7 and older are eligible to celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation. In this Sacrament, the Baptized are strengthened with a renewed sense of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit in their lives. The preparation takes place through the Parish, working with the families and our Catholic Schools. The celebrations are held at the Parish where the family worships on Sundays, regardless of the Parish to which the child’s school is attached.
